CALL FOR PAPERS

NCETSTEA2020 aims to bring together researchers and practitioners from around the world to discuss the state of the art of the theory and applications related to Sustainable Technology. NCETSTEA2020 is organised by Dr. B. C. Roy Engineering College of Durgapur with technical sponsorship by The IEEE India Council, the IEEE Kolkata Section. All submitted papers will undergo a double blind peer-review process.

Accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore.

 

Few selected papers will be considered for extended publication in SPRINGER Book seriesStudies in Computational Intelligence“.

Paper Submission Guidelines

  • Paper length must be maximum 6 (six) pages of A4 size paper including figures and references, however, maximum of two additional pages can be purchased in the cost of 5000 INR (Indian authors) and USD 175 (Others).
  • Its content must be original and unpublished.
  • Manuscript must be prepared to conform IEEE Conference format, e.g. font type, size, column, etc.[Format]
  • Accepted paper(s) must be registered and presented at the conference
  • If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.
  • Papers (pdf ) are to be submitted via   EDAS-Conference System.
  • Only registered author can attend the conference against a single registration. Prior permission is required for any co-author to present the paper instead of registered author. Presence of additional co-author along with registered author during conference will incur additional registration charge.
  • Student/Research scholar registration rate apply for registered student author only provided the same student is one of the author of the paper. The same student/Research scholar should present the paper. Otherwise the paper will be treated as normal paper with full registration charge.
  • Student/Research scholar should come with proper ID proof during conference.
  • For non-student/Research scholar registrations, at least one full registration has to be done.
  • For each additional registration by another student/Research scholar co-author, the student registration rate is applicable.
  • The change in author list such as(addition, removal or rearrangement) will be not allowed, after the manuscript has been accepted.
